Effective November 8, 2026
LIKE A KING INC., a New York corporation (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), wants likeakinginc.com (the “Site”) to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies.
1. Our target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, as the design and engineering target for the Site. WCAG explains how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
2. Conformance status
The Site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, meaning that some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the standard. We do not claim full conformance. Our assessment is a self-assessment carried out by our own team; it is not a third-party audit or certification.
3. What we do
Build pages with semantic HTML, headings and landmarks so that content can be navigated with screen readers;
Aim for keyboard operability, with visible focus indicators, for navigation, the enquiry form and the REGES concierge;
Label form fields and present error messages in text;
Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and treat decorative graphics as decorative;
Choose text and background colors with contrast in mind, and support browser zoom and text resizing;
Review accessibility when we add or change significant features.
4. Known limitations
Animated and three-dimensional backgrounds and transitions are used decoratively on some pages and may be distracting for some users or demanding on older devices. They do not carry essential information.
Responses from the REGES concierge are generated automatically and may not always be structured in the most accessible way. The enquiry form provides the same route to reach our team.
Content and services provided by third parties, such as linked websites, are outside our control.
We work to address limitations as the Site evolves, prioritizing issues that affect access to essential information and to the enquiry form.
5. Compatibility
The Site is designed to work with current versions of major web browsers and with commonly used screen readers and operating-system accessibility features. It relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Older browsers and assistive technologies may not display or announce every element as intended.
6. Feedback and alternative formats
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site, or need information from the Site in an alternative format, let us know through the enquiry form at https://likeakinginc.com/#enquiries. Please describe the page, the problem and the assistive technology you use, if any. We review every accessibility report and, where reasonably practicable, will work with you to provide the information or service you need through another means.
7. Client work
Accessibility targets, testing and conformance levels for websites and applications we build for Clients are agreed in each Engagement Agreement. This Statement applies only to the Site.
8. Changes
We may update this Statement as the Site and accessibility standards change. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
