This Disclaimer applies to likeakinginc.com, the REGES AI concierge and all related content (together, the “Site”) operated by LIKE A KING INC., a New York corporation (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service, including Sections 10 and 11, which contain the full disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability. If this Disclaimer and the Terms conflict, the Terms control.

All content on the Site is provided for general information about the Company and its offerings. It may be incomplete, may become outdated, and may be changed or removed at any time without notice. We do not undertake to update any content. You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any content on the Site without first obtaining a written proposal or Engagement Agreement from the Company.

Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, medical, regulatory-compliance, engineering-certification or other professional advice. References to laws, standards, frameworks, security practices or compliance programs are descriptive only. ITS RESPONSES ARE GENERATED AUTOMATICALLY, ARE NOT REVIEWED BY A PERSON BEFORE THEY ARE SHOWN TO YOU, AND MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OUTDATED OR FABRICATED. REGES does not quote prices, does not commit the Company to any scope, date or term, and cannot form a contract. Its responses are not statements, offers, promises, warranties or opinions of the Company. You must independently verify any information before relying on it and must not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information.

4. Marketing statements, figures and status indicators

Statistics, percentages, uptime figures, monitoring hours, response targets, plan features, technology names, “operational” or similar status indicators, and other figures shown on the Site are illustrative descriptions of the kinds of services the Company offers. They are not real-time measurements, do not describe the current status of any system, and are not commitments to any visitor.
